At HiraethLune, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our Tops, Skirts, and Jeans. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following policy details regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
  • You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
  • Any item not in its original condition.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Instructions & Authorization: We will respond with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
